      Please note that, unless specifically required to do otherwise by English law, or unless otherwise agreed in writing with you [and any separate sample donor(s)]:

      • we will not keep DNA samples for longer than three (3) months; and
      • we will not keep our Reports for longer than twelve (12) months.

We will not give your personal data or sensitive personal data to any third parties (unless required to do so by law) except insofar as such sensitive personal data forms a part of our Report, which will be circulated in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Only our employees and sub-contractors have access to your personal data. If, in the future, our business is sold to, or merges with, another business entity your data may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners.

  6. We take the protection of your personal data and your sensitive personal data seriously. All information which we receive from you is stored by us in a secure environment. We operate using a secure network accessible only by a limited number of password-authorised personnel. All our personnel are subject to strict confidentiality obligations under their contracts of employment.
